W. GORDON TURNER
Warren County Circuit Court Clerk

        Born April 23, 1968 in Horse Cave, Kentucky, Gordon is a lifelong resident of Kentucky. Gordon spent all of his childhood in Hart County and graduated from Hart County High School in 1986. After graduation, he moved to Bowling Green to attend Western Kentucky University in the Fall of 1986 and has resided in Bowling Green since that time. Gordon graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1991 and immediately after attended and graduated from Department of Criminal Justice Training in 1991. 

        With more than 32 years of law enforcement experience, Gordon is retired from the Bowling Green Police Department after twenty years of service and currently a Commonwealth Attorney Detective. Gordon graduated from Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy in 2003. He is an active member of several Warren County civic organizations, including Kiwanis Club of Bowling Green and Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 13. 

       Gordon resides in Warren County with his wife, Julia. They have been married since March 27, 2022. Together they share three children, Daniel (Shelby), Michaela (Troy) and Matthew (Victoria) and are proud grandparents of their five beautiful grandchildren.
